Ishida's digital sorting system supports sorting operations at logistics sites. It eliminates the need for checking lists, reducing work time and improving shipping accuracy. It also flexibly accommodates changes in the locations of handled items. Additionally, it can be implemented at a lower cost and with less space than large-scale automation equipment. Displays installed on the shelves of products that need to be shipped light up and show the "number of items." Workers only need to look at this light and display, significantly shortening sorting time compared to tasks that require checking shipping instructions (picking lists). Furthermore, since handheld terminal operation is no longer necessary, both hands can be used, enabling even faster sorting operations. We will develop a system with appropriate customization for our customers, allowing us to make optimal proposals for on-site operations.
