A perfect binding machine compatible with both PUR glue and EVA glue (hot melt glue). The PUR glue is in tablet form, allowing for small lot production by adding the necessary amount.
The latest model is a compact and simplified desktop version of the conventional Preva XT. It can bind sizes up to SRA3 portrait and thicknesses from 1 sheet to 45mm. It supports softcover, top glue, tape, and hardback hollow back binding. By using the optional hardback nipping tool, tight back binding is also possible. PUR glue cannot be re-melted once it has solidified, but by adding the required amount of tablet-type PUR glue for binding and then introducing EVA glue to wash away the PUR glue, it can be easily removed from the glue tank. The cleaning process takes about 5 minutes. Even if you forget to clean and turn off the power, the glue tank can be restored with a special cleaning agent. For coated paper and thick paper, our unique PGO micro-cut roughener increases glue penetration, resulting in strong binding results. Since it does not use a motor, it opens the paper fibers without generating noise or shavings.
