Two types: "NAK55" with excellent machinability and mirror finish, and "NAK80" focusing on high mirror finish. Both are pre-hardened (40HRC) plastic mold steels. They are heat-treated under optimal conditions to achieve 37-43HRC (surface guarantee), allowing for direct use in mold engraving. They have good mirror polishing properties and provide satisfactory gloss. As Ni-Al-Cu based age-hardened steel, they offer good machinability and surface finish.
