■Features of Smart Craft ■Consolidation of manufacturing documents for paperless operation Manufacturing documents such as instruction sheets, daily work reports, and quality records can be consolidated and made paperless. Additionally, documents like procedure manuals can be uploaded as images, significantly reducing the number of documents present on-site. ■Accurate recording of production achievements Using mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones, production achievements like operating hours and downtime are accurately recorded. This eliminates the need to create and transcribe daily reports after production is completed, allowing daily production data to be accumulated. Furthermore, cameras can be used to document defects with photographs. ■Real-time progress monitoring from remote locations The progress of production against the plan is visualized in real-time. Even from remote locations, it is possible to grasp the on-site progress, reducing the necessity for managers to visit the site directly. ■Utilizing data to promote Kaizen activities Data accumulated daily in Smart Craft is automatically aggregated on a dashboard, allowing for the creation of highly customizable graphs. This can be utilized for analytical activities aimed at generating improvement proposals. The created graphs can be exported as images or in Excel format.
