Single-cell proteomics that overwhelms others with high-speed and high-sensitivity measurements.
The combination of trapped ion mobility spectrometry (TIMS) and quadrupole time-of-flight (QTOF) technology enables 4D-Proteomics with the 'timsTOF Ultra'. It features a new Captive Spray Ionization (CSI) Ultra ion source optimized for larger capillaries and vortex gas flow, a new fourth-generation TIMS (trapped ion mobility separation) XR cell, and a 14-bit digitizer. 【Features】 ■ Expands the scope of single-cell research ■ Complements genomic approaches with unprecedented sensitivity ■ Immunopeptidomics analysis from just a few thousand cells ■ Maximizes sensitivity by combining timsTOF Ultra with Pepsep Ultra ■ PaSER has enhanced data visualization and QC run support in addition to the traditional Run&Done with the transition to ProteoScape.

basic information
The timsTOF Ultra can identify over 55,000 peptides mapped to 5,000 protein groups at a protein amount of 0.125 ng at the single-cell level with a 1% FDR, and quantify over 4,800 protein groups with a CV value of less than 20%. This groundbreaking sensitivity and quantification performance at protein load levels below 1 ng sets a new benchmark. Unmatched sensitivity, the robustness of the well-established timsTOF platform, and a duty cycle of up to 300 Hz in MS/MS with PASEF significantly enhance performance for ultra-trace samples in unbiased single-cell proteomics, single-cell lipidomics, unbiased spatial proteomics, immunopeptidomics, phosphoproteomics, PTM analysis, and protein-protein interaction (PPI) studies. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us (Email: Mailnews.BDAL.JP@bruker.com).*
