Surface Plasmon Resonance SPR-32 Pro / SPR-24 Pro
Surface Plasmon Resonance SPR-32 Pro / SPR-24 Pro
High-throughput and high-performance SPR analysis that achieves real-time, label-free analysis of intermolecular interactions.
Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) is an optical-based label-free detection technology for real-time monitoring of interactions between two or more molecules. The throughput, flexibility, and sensitivity of the SPR platform allow researchers to characterize interactions between biomolecules in various binding studies. It can be used to study a wide range of molecules, from ions, fragments, and small molecules to proteins and viruses. SPR provides biophysical data such as affinity, kinetics, and thermodynamics. The combination of three elements—the detector, sensor surface, and sample delivery system—determines the performance of the experiment.
