Processing with precision cutting wheels [Features] This is a type of precision processing that uses cutting wheels that are extremely thin (0.3mm to 1.2mm) and rotate at high speeds, gradually shaving off the workpiece with very hard particles (grains) that make up the wheel. The cutting action is gentle, akin to grinding, which prevents destructive damage to the workpiece, resulting in a good surface finish and a sharp cutting edge. It boasts excellent grinding performance for high-speed cutting, contributing to the reduction or elimination of secondary processing and cost savings.

The table movement cutting method using a rack-type lever allows for easy and precise cutting of bar materials up to Φ30mm. In particular, the installation of a dedicated air vice (special specification) demonstrates excellent production capacity and operability for mass cutting of items to specific dimensions. Both general-purpose and pin-specific types can handle various tasks with a single machine, and by making the table surface flat, the quality of the cutting surface is improved. General-purpose vice section: It features a double clamp type with a 3mm grinding passage that leaves no burrs. The effective cutting length is from 3 to 150mm, and a 150mm vernier scale is standard on the right side. Pin-type vice section: Designed specifically for cutting ejector pins in a mold style. A 300mm vernier scale is standard on the left side, allowing for measured cutting of dimensions from 50 to 300mm. Vernier scale: * The general-purpose type comes standard with a 150mm scale (special specifications: 300mm, 500mm). * The PIN type comes standard with a 300mm scale (special specifications: 500mm).
