We provide accurate analytical data for correct nutritional labeling.
The Food Labeling Standards (Cabinet Office Ordinance No. 10 of 2015) were enacted in April 2015 based on the Food Labeling Act (Law No. 70 of 2013). As a result, it became mandatory to display nutritional information for processed foods and additives that are pre-packaged for general consumers. While it is possible to use calculated values from raw materials or estimated values from similar foods, establishing accurate nutritional information requires definitive values based on proper analytical data. We accept requests related to nutritional labeling in order to provide reference data for determining the display values of nutritional information.
