【Product Overview】 CDNE is a type of coupling-decoupling network used as an alternative technology for measuring the radiation of lighting equipment in accordance with the CISPR 15 (EN55015) standard. This avoids the need for emission measurements in open area test sites. This method was established in CISPR 15 Edition 9 as an acceptable alternative to the conventional OATS test configuration, which requires antennas and calibrated test sites, and is specified for a frequency range of 30 MHz to 300 MHz. The CDNE method and its associated limit of up to 300 MHz apply only to EUTs with clock frequencies below 30 MHz. In this case, the product is considered to comply with the requirements for 300 MHz to 1000 MHz. Compared to CDN, CDNE is specified much more rigorously, with reduced common mode (CM) impedance tolerances and the addition of parameters for CM phase tolerance and differential mode impedance equal to 100 Ω. If the longitudinal conversion loss is at least 20 dB, it can prevent symmetrical voltage from affecting the measurement results.
