High precision! Apogee all-weather rain gauge
The Apogee Cloudburst (heavy rain) weight-type rain gauge SE-SG-400 series is an all-weather rain gauge with no moving parts. It measures the weight of precipitation with a high-precision load cell built in. It calculates the corrected precipitation (rain, snow, sleet, hail) by compensating for the effects of temperature, evaporation, and vibrations from the wind. There are four models based on NWS and WMO standards, with and without a heater. (It is compatible with network SIM card loggers, allowing for real-time data monitoring and acquisition.)
