The key point of the machining is the horizontally drilled hole opened just to the limit of penetration! Here, we introduce a case made using A7075 material.
We would like to introduce a processing example of the "injection pipe" that we conducted. The key point of the processing is the horizontally drilled hole that is opened just to the limit of penetration. While it is easy to process using a double-sided approach, achieving precise drilling from one side requires ingenuity. We used the "OKUMA MC-5VA," "OKUMA MC-600H," and "OKUMA MA-550VB" machining machines for production. 【Case Overview】 ■ Material: A7075 ■ Size: 50×100×360 ■ Processing Factory: Fukushima Factory ■ Remarks: Machined parts from block material *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
