We present a case of machining a heat sink that is usually manufactured by extrusion molding!
We would like to introduce a case study of the processing of "heat sinks" that we conducted. The size is 60×160×160, and we used A5052 material for production. The valleys of this product are carefully machined with a Φ2 ball end mill. Additionally, we used the "OKUMA MB-46VAE" machining machine.
