An example of rainwater utilization in toilets within a national park without water supply.
We would like to introduce a case study of our "Amelio" system installed at Ukura Park (Ise-Shima National Park Observation Point) in Minami-Ise Town, Watarai District, Mie Prefecture. Ukura Park (Mie Island Observation Deck) is an observation point within the national park that offers a stunning view of the ria coastline, and it is known as a tourist spot for couples because the bay resembles a "heart shape." Since there is no water supply infrastructure at the observation point, rainwater is utilized for handwashing and cleaning water in the restrooms, maintaining comfort. Our soil microbial membrane purification tank (Sofeel recycling system) is installed for the toilet flushing water. We also hold tours as part of our local achievements in Mie Prefecture, so please feel free to contact us. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Location: Minami-Ise Town, Watarai District, Mie Prefecture ■ Construction Period: 2021 ■ System: Amelio (Rainwater Storage and Utilization System), Above-ground Rainwater Storage Tank ■ Treated Water Quality: Rainwater Level IV, Bacteria Level C ■ Rainwater Storage Capacity: 1.6㎥ ■ Utilization Method: Handwashing water, Cleaning water ■ Client: Mie Prefecture *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
