We would like to introduce a case study of our cylindrical tanks for industrial equipment (PVC R-bending processed products). The R-bending mold is quite large, about the size of a light car, and since we have multiple units, we use a 5-axis NC router after bending to cut the outer circumference accurately without variation. The bottom part is connected by welding the material and then pressed to form a conical shape. Among these, we have focused on thermal processing since our founding. Thermal processing methods such as R bending and vacuum forming require not only equipment but also experience and intuition. In particular, R bending of transparent materials like polycarbonate has received high praise from many clients. Additionally, our vacuum forming is suitable for large items and small lot production of diverse products due to its single-shot forming capability.
