We would like to introduce a case study of our acrylic fixtures (R-bending processed products). The material is PMMA (acrylic), with an acrylic dome of 8mm thickness. With the thickness and shape of this product, there is a tendency for distortion to occur at the boundary between the straight line and the R when R-bending is performed.
