A significant advantage of using products with a built-in controller like e.MMC is that they are much easier to handle compared to standalone NAND Flash. It is a major benefit to fully entrust the control of NAND Flash to the integrated controller. Additionally, it is also ideal for applications that require shock resistance and durability.
