Introducing a case of detecting dirt on the protective glass of the scanner processing head.
We would like to introduce a usage example of the dirt detection unit 'NMI-300' for scanner processing heads. Since only the areas where spatter has been irradiated show an increase in values, it is possible to detect the contamination state of the actual irradiation area. Additionally, the values increase according to the accumulation of fumes, and by setting an arbitrary threshold based on the average value of the waveform, detection is possible. It can detect minute contamination states that existing power meters cannot. 【Case Overview】 ■ Detection values during spatter adhesion - Peak output: 1500W - Irradiation time: 0.5s - Workpiece used for spatter adhesion: Iron material * The measured waveform was irradiated excluding the workpiece. ■ Detection values during fume adhesion - Peak output: 1000W - Irradiation time: 1s - Workpiece used for fume adhesion: Iron material * The measured waveform was irradiated excluding the workpiece. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
