PISCO's robot hand (end effector) "Vacuum Gripper VRG" uses a soft ring-shaped sponge pad that conforms to uneven and deformed workpieces for effective suction. The built-in vacuum generator type incorporates a vacuum generator with a maximum suction flow rate of 760L/min, making it capable of transporting heavy or breathable workpieces. 【Recommended Workpieces】 - Large bags such as material bags - Shrink-wrapped PET bottles - etc. 【Features】 - The suction surface employs a ring-shaped sponge. The flexible sponge pad adheres to uneven and deformed workpieces. - By changing the height of the adjust plate, it is possible to reduce wrinkles during suction of large bags. - Can be directly mounted on robots with P.C.D. of 31.5, 40, 56, 80, and 100. - Available in both built-in vacuum generator type and vacuum pump compatible type. - The built-in vacuum generator type ensures a maximum suction flow rate of 760L/min, allowing for suction on workpieces with high leakage, such as cardboard.
