It is also possible to perform R processing at the ends and hole drilling for bending shapes using a plasma processing machine!
"1D bending processing" is a processing technology where the pipe diameter and bending radius are in a 1:1 ratio. We can perform various sheet metal work, welding (CO2, TIG), surface preparation for painting, rust prevention, and cleaning of inner and outer surfaces through Parker treatment (zinc phosphate coating), all in a consistent system up to the painting stage. Integrating bending processing is more cost-effective than welding pipes together. Please feel free to contact us if you have any requests. 【Materials and Processing Methods】 ■ 1D bending processing, known as ultra-small radius bending, is possible for diameters from φ34 to 114.3. ■ Various welding can be done after drilling or R processing. ■ We also support surface treatments such as zinc phosphate coating (Parker treatment) and painting, and can process not only pipe materials but also other steel materials, focusing on iron, stainless steel, and copper. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Founded in 1950. Manufacturing hydraulic piping for large construction machinery in Ota City, Tokyo. We handle everything in-house from material procurement, cutting, pipe bending, secondary processing, welding, to painting. To meet a wide range of needs, we possess numerous bending molds, including 1D bends (minimum R) with a maximum diameter of φ114.3. In June 2018, we established a new factory in Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture for zinc phosphate coating (Parkerizing) and painting. By being able to perform surface treatment in-house, we have successfully reduced delivery times and costs significantly. With a 7m³ tank, we can also process relatively large products.
