"1D bending processing" is a processing technology where the pipe diameter and bending radius are approximately equal (1:1). Using a plasma processing machine, it is also possible to perform R processing at the ends and hole drilling for bending shapes. We can carry out various sheet metal work, welding (CO3, TIG), surface preparation for painting, rust prevention, and cleaning of inner and outer surfaces through phosphate treatment (zinc phosphate coating), all in a consistent system up to the painting stage. 【Materials and Processing Methods】 ■ 1D bending processing, known as ultra-small R bending, is possible for diameters from φ34 to 114.3. ■ Various welding can be done after hole drilling or R processing. ■ We also provide surface treatments such as zinc phosphate coating (Parker treatment) and painting, and can process not only pipe materials but also other steel materials, primarily iron, stainless steel, and copper. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
