"1D bending processing" is a processing technology where the pipe diameter and bending radius are in a 1:1 ratio. We can process not only pipe materials but also other steel materials, primarily focusing on iron, stainless steel, and copper. Founded in 1950. Manufacturing hydraulic piping for large construction machinery in Ota City, Tokyo. We handle everything in-house from material procurement, cutting, pipe bending, secondary processing, welding, to painting. To meet a wide range of needs, we possess numerous bending molds, including 1D bends (minimum R) with a maximum diameter of φ114.3. In June 2018, we established a new factory in Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture for zinc phosphate coating (Parkerizing) and painting. By being able to perform surface treatment in-house, we have successfully reduced delivery times and costs significantly. With a 7m³ tank, we can also process relatively large products.
