Automatically measures the wire adhesion strength of crimp terminals. The motor pulls the wire at a constant speed and automatically detects wire breakage. It is capable of measuring various types of terminals such as BOX terminals, TAB terminals, and PIN terminals. The wire clamp can accommodate fine wires (0.05 sq) to thick wires (5 sq) with a one-touch operation. It is compact and does not require much space. - Set the wire in the one-touch clamps for terminals and wires. - When wire breakage is detected, it automatically stops and displays the peak value. - In hold mode, it applies tension for a user-defined time at a set pulling force, determining OK/NG based on the absence of breakage. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us through our website.
