**Product Description** The main structure of the high-precision power supply consists of a two-stage design, with the front stage being AC-DC and the rear stage utilizing pulse width control. The front stage power supply serves as the main power source (15V/100A), while the rear stage provides pulse width modulation through an insulated module. This reduces costs as an external integrated power supply and enhances the overall stability of the system. The front stage power supply adopts a phase-shift full-bridge topology, adds a bus capacitor after AC rectification, and employs closed-loop control of the output, effectively suppressing ripple voltage and ripple current in the DC output. This results in savings on large, expensive filter coils on the output side of the front stage power supply. The rear stage employs a two-stage independent adjustment through a pulse width control module, optimized with software algorithm processing and high-precision differential sampling in hardware, effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference from the power part on the sampling signals.
