Lightweight and durable! Easy to assemble!! We can make anything from fixtures to booths out of paper.
Currently, our company primarily uses two types of paper-based boards for the production of displays such as booths and fixtures. Both are made from 100% paper materials, lightweight, high-strength, and highly durable display boards. The first is Re-board, which originated in Sweden. Re-board, developed in the environmentally advanced country of Sweden, is an eco-material made from pulp sourced from sustainably managed forests and renewable resources. Its manufacturing process involves stacking and compressing multiple layers of cardboard to increase density, which are then cut vertically to create a sturdy board. The core (inner part) has a honeycomb structure, and its strength and durability increase with the surface area of contact, making it robust enough to support a car depending on the design. The second is domestically produced paper honeycomb board. As the name suggests, the core consists of hexagonal columns arranged in a regular honeycomb pattern, truly embodying a honeycomb structure. It is even lighter than Re-board while still possessing enough strength and durability to support human weight. There is diversity in the size, density, and thickness of the hexagonal columns (cells), allowing for differentiation based on application. The differences in the honeycomb structure (density) of the core affect the weight, strength, and ease of handling.

Re-board booth exhibited at SIGN&DISPLAY SHOW 2017 Utilizing the properties of the white liner (surface), we created a vibrant booth using UV direct printing.
-
The booth of a traditional candy shop exhibited at the 2018 Spring Store Promotion Expo. We recreated a Showa-era retro candy shop using direct printing. The building, flooring, and utility poles are all made from Re-board. After the exhibition ended, we folded it up and transported it to our showroom, where it has been reassembled and is currently on display. It can be reused several times, making booth setup much easier than before.

The castle booth exhibited at SIGN&DISPLAY SHOW 2023 Everything, including the stairs leading into the tower, is made from paper honeycomb board. This is a new attempt utilizing joints that connect stacked paper honeycomb panels. Taking advantage of the thickness, core density, and properties of the board, it has stability and strength, allowing access to the tower. Although it was a large booth, assembly took 5 hours and dismantling took 1.5 hours, allowing us to complete it in a short time. Currently, a part of the tower is also on display in our showroom.
-
Disaster Evacuation Resident Booth This is a private space made of paper honeycomb that can be utilized in evacuation shelters during disasters, including partitions and beds. It is easy to set up for anyone, regardless of age or gender. The use of cardboard beds in the Tokyo Olympics athletes' village garnered attention. Despite being lightweight and durable, the honeycomb hexagonal column structure holds a large amount of air, providing excellent insulation. It can be folded and stored, making it suitable for disaster preparedness supplies.

Re-board grand piano It creates smooth curves through R processing and applies a film laminate to the board surface to express glossiness and a sense of heaviness. By concealing the cut and processed edges with edge banding, the finish makes it hard to believe that it is made of paper at first glance.
-
Re-board manufactured bar counter A bar counter designed with a single slab in mind, featuring direct printing of wood grain. It has a chic color tone and a sturdy appearance, while being very lightweight and durable, giving it a sense of heaviness. The bar counter with a grand piano can be viewed in our showroom.
