Improves the adhesion of paint to metal products.
This is a machine for processing the surface of products, which creates micro unevenness on the surface by spraying abrasives (grinding materials, projection materials, media) along with air. There are many types of abrasives in terms of material and grain size, and their effects include surface preparation for better paint adhesion, matte finishes similar to non-glossy metallic surfaces due to light scattering, and stripping to remove rust and dirt. Our company owns three types of machines: small and medium-sized machines are table-type, while large machines are hanger-type. The small machine is used for matte processing, the medium machine for paint adhesion preparation, and the large machine for stripping paint fixtures. This section introduces the medium-sized machine mentioned above.

■Alumina-based ■Silicon carbide Surface preparation for heat-resistant coatings ■Stainless steel beads Deburring
Detailed information
-
■Alumina-based It is a grid-shaped abrasive refined by melting or sintering alumina ore in an electric furnace. It has high hardness and excellent grinding power, and due to its wide range of particle sizes, it can be used for a variety of applications from large products to precision parts. We recommend alumina-based abrasives for pre-treatment before heat-resistant coating.
-
Silicon carbide is a grid-like abrasive made by crushing and granulating ingots produced from the reaction of silicon dioxide heated in an electric furnace. It has a hardness second only to diamond and, while having almost the same applications as alumina-based abrasives, it offers superior grinding power.
-
■Stainless Steel Beads These are spherical abrasives made of stainless steel. As a characteristic of spherical abrasives, they are used for matte finishes and deburring. In particular, for aluminum products, a matte finish with a whitish luster can be achieved.
