Introduction of high-speed 3D vision sensors that enable factory automation and assembly work automation, and stirring and degassing equipment that contributes to the automation of material development and production.
At Kurabou's Environmental Mechatronics Division, we are engaged in the development of various devices daily to solve our customers' diverse challenges. Among these, we would like to introduce two products that contribute to "automation." 【Kurasense】 Kurasense is a high-speed 3D vision sensor that serves as the eyes and brain of a "seeing" and "thinking" robot, enabling the automation of handling flexible linear materials (such as cables, connectors, FFC, FPC, and wire harnesses) that have been difficult to manage until now. Please feel free to consult us regarding factory automation and assembly work automation. 【Mazelstar】 Mazelstar is a stirring and defoaming device that simultaneously performs stirring/mixing and degassing in a short time without the use of stirring rods, blades, or vacuum devices by rotating and spinning a container filled with materials. Based on the know-how gained from weighing color materials, we can propose automation in the material preparation process by integrating Kurasense with the "stirring and defoaming device + automatic weighing device" for "powder weighing" and "liquid weighing."

【Kurasens】 ● Smartphone board-to-board connector automatic assembly robot ● Flat cable high-speed automatic insertion robot ● Linear object automatic insertion robot (collaborative robot) ● Robot for setting wires to crimp terminals 【Mazestar Material Examples】 ■ Electrodes for LIB / Solid electrolyte for all-solid batteries - Capable of handling small-scale stirring using a screw tube - Heat generation can be suppressed by an independently variable structure of orbital and rotational speeds ■ LED sealing material - Uniform defoaming due to high shear force, improving performance (brightness) - Meets the need for quick stirring and defoaming ■ Ceramic paste - Ceramic powder is heavy and tends to settle, making uniform stirring difficult; however, increasing the rotational speed ratio prevents the powder from settling due to centrifugal force, allowing for uniform stirring ■ Lipstick base material - Capable of uniformly stirring powders such as pearls and metallics - Adjusting orbital and rotational speeds accommodates heavier powders ■ Pharmaceutical materials - Uniform stirring and defoaming are possible even for powder materials and materials with significant density differences due to the independently variable mechanism of orbital and rotational speeds *For more details, please contact us.
