We would like to introduce our image analysis particle size distribution and thickness measurement device, the 'D-3000'. The feeder, shaped like a bowl with spiral grooves, vibrates to disperse the particles. The particles dispersed by a special disperser are transported to the imaging position on a conveyor belt, where they are captured by two cameras positioned directly above and to the side.
