We would like to introduce a case study of the "Golf Course Check-in System Development" commissioned by Kachou Co., Ltd. At a certain golf course, the plan was to acquire customer IDs by having customers register for the official SNS account and membership during their first visit, and from the second visit onward, a QR code would be displayed. Currently, the core system accumulates names, member IDs, and reservation/visit information, while the external database stores the input information from the registration form. This creates an imbalance in data management, so ideally, data linkage between the core system and the external database would be possible.
