We would like to introduce a case study of the "Posture Conversion Device." We received a request from a customer who wanted to reduce the burden on workers during the lifting and tilting of heavy workpieces by relying on power. 【Results】 ■ To minimize the burden on operators, the posture level was set to eliminate the height difference between the storage location and the equipment, as well as between the equipment and the printing machine, allowing for movement with only parallel shifts. ■ Considering safety, a lockable air cylinder was adopted to prevent the risk of hands being caught in the event that the air source is unexpectedly cut off and the cylinder malfunctions. ■ To simplify handling, it was made electric-free, supplying the drive source with a single air hose. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
