Applications/Examples of results
The built-in magnet allows for easy attachment and detachment to iron equipment. In addition to using the included wristband to attach it to your wrist, various other attachments are possible. The specified plates (two types) can be temporarily fixed using screws, double-sided tape, or silicone gel (available at 100 yen shops and home centers for fall prevention). I will explain the measurement procedure using shoulder press training with dumbbells as an example. 1. Attach the FT-10 main unit to the weight part or grip of the dumbbell (using the built-in magnet). 2. Press the reset button on the main unit to set the display to zero. 3. Perform one complete repetition of the shoulder press (focusing on the speed during the lift, with a slow motion preferred near the top and during the descent). 4. Record the displayed values (maximum acceleration, maximum speed, average speed) in a training notebook or similar. 5. Change the dumbbell weight sequentially and perform the same measurements (steps 1 to 4) (from light to heavy is preferable).

Company information
In 2021, we became an independent entity within the Kernel Group as Kernel Hard Engineering Co., Ltd. to develop our own brand of system products, including hardware. The Kernel Concept, which serves as the foundation of the Kernel Group, was established in 1985. Under a close relationship with local manufacturing industries, we have been involved in the development of embedded software and have continued to grow as a mid-sized independent IT company in the Chubu region, one of Japan's manufacturing hubs. The various systems produced from the technical, organizational, and human resources we have cultivated over our 35-year history are highly regarded for their quality. Through the natural expansion of our technological connections, we have also built a track record in the fields of FA, CAD/CAM/CAE, and in recent years, we have been actively engaged in system development utilizing the web and cloud technologies. Currently, the entire Kernel Group has approximately 1,000 employees.
