This is a device that automatically responds with a waiting message for lines that cannot be answered immediately due to multiple incoming calls, keeping callers on hold until they can be attended to. ● During business hours, it can efficiently handle calls with "waiting" or "selective ringing." ● It is possible to send guidance messages before the operator answers (call screening feature). Messages such as "This call will be recorded..." can be played before the call is connected to the operator. ● Outside of business hours, it can send a "response-only message" to inform callers that they are outside of business hours. ● The display shows the number of "total incoming calls," "waiting," and "abandoned" calls.
