3D cell culture model production system using light bridge
LunaGel ECM allows for the easy creation of highly controlled 3D cell culture models using light-based crosslinking technology. It offers high reproducibility, excellent cost-effectiveness, and is ideal for modeling biological tissues. Do you have any of the following concerns? - Complicated handling of gel matrices on ice - Lack of consistency in results from 3D cell experiments - Desire to control gelation and gel strength - Wanting to stop preparing basement membrane extracts - Wanting to avoid animal experiments With LunaGel's light crosslinking technology: - Matrix strength can be adjusted by changing the light exposure time - 3D cell models can be created in under 15 minutes - Applicable to various cell types - Contains biologically active extracellular matrix - Suitable for cell remodeling - Excellent consistency between batches Would you like to upgrade to LunaGel's physiological model? You can easily switch to a 3D cell model with a user-friendly 4-step protocol.

basic information
<LunaGel Light Crosslinking Extracellular Matrix> LunaGel ECM contains components of the extracellular matrix, such as collagen types I, III, IV, and V, as well as proteoglycans, and maintains high biological activity. Once solubilized, it remains stable at room temperature, making it easy to handle. It can gel within a few minutes of light exposure, allowing for rapid model creation. You can choose from eight types of matrices, which include GelMA-based options derived from three animal species (bovine bone, bovine skin, porcine skin, and fish skin) and two types of "hardness" (Low stiffness and High stiffness) to suit your experimental needs. <LunaCrosslinker Light Crosslinking Device> The LunaCrosslinker is a visible light crosslinking device designed to cure LunaGel ECM. The hardness of LunaGel ECM can be easily adjusted simply by changing the crosslinking time.
