16ZDEBSC Vacuum Type Heating and Cooling Type
16ZDEBSC Ishikawa-style stirring and grinding machine
It is possible to grind while heating (maximum temperature: 180°C) and cooling (minimum temperature: -20°C) in a vacuum.
■Features - The basic performance of the Ishikawa-type stirring and grinding machine remains the same, allowing for grinding treatment while heating and cooling in a vacuum. - The porcelain bowl is covered with a copper pot, providing uniform heat transfer. It is also compatible with high thermal conductivity stainless steel bowls. - Heating and cooling from -20°C to 180°C can be performed while stirring and grinding, using external circulating liquid. - There is a window on the left side for checking the ground material during processing. - An inverter is standard equipment, allowing control of the pestle's rotation speed. ■Suitable Use Cases - Simultaneous concentration and drying treatment while dispersing and kneading slurries and pastes, enabling fine grinding without solidifying the material. - During the concentration process of slurries and pastes with added solvents, uniform dispersion and kneading treatment is achieved through the stirring effect of the pestle and the grinding action of the pestle tip. - Utilizing the dehydration effect of vacuum, it is possible to simultaneously grind and break down powder particles, allowing for the removal of moisture from hydrates and drying. This is also suitable for processing materials that are sensitive to humidity. - Concentration, drying, defoaming, and stirring and grinding treatment (simultaneous processing of stirring, grinding, kneading, dispersion, and mixing) can be performed in a vacuum/reduced pressure atmosphere or an inert gas replacement atmosphere with argon or nitrogen, making it suitable for processing anaerobic (oxygen-sensitive) materials.

Applications/Examples of results
【Suitable Implementation Examples】 - Slurries and pastes can be concentrated and dried while being dispersed and kneaded simultaneously, allowing for fine grinding without solidifying the materials. - The stirring effect of the pestle and the grinding action of the pestle tip during the concentration process of slurries and pastes with added solvents achieve uniform dispersion and kneading treatment. - Utilizing the dehydration effect of vacuum, it is possible to simultaneously grind and break down powder particles, allowing for the removal of moisture from hydrates and drying. This is also suitable for processing materials that are sensitive to humidity. - Concentration, drying, defoaming, and stirring/grinding treatment (simultaneous processing of stirring, grinding, kneading, dispersion, and mixing) can be performed in a vacuum/reduced pressure atmosphere or an inert gas replacement atmosphere such as argon or nitrogen, making it suitable for processing anaerobic (oxygen-sensitive) materials. - The Ishikawa-type stirring and grinding machine can perform "stirring," "dispersion," "grinding," "mixing," "kneading," "crushing," and "breaking" simultaneously. - By cooling in a vacuum, it also functions as an evaporator. - Using the mechanical alloying described below, it is possible to synthesize electronic materials and secondary battery materials. This allows for processing effects similar to mechanochemical and mechanical alloying that cannot be achieved with dedicated machines such as stirrers, dispersers, kneaders, and grinders.

Our company is a specialized manufacturer of automatic mortar and pestle machines. The features of the automatic mortar and pestle (Ishikawa-style stirring and grinding machine) include the ability to simultaneously perform stirring, grinding, mixing, and kneading using unique technology. It has the following basic capabilities: 1. Uniform and precise mixing is possible - Allows for uniform mixing while controlling particle size. 2. Easy uniformity and control of particle size - Can achieve uniform particle size while finely grinding. 3. Prevents excessive deterioration of materials - Due to low mechanical stress (mild processing energy), it can process while suppressing over-grinding and chemical changes. - High-energy processing (such as ball mills) can cause reaction changes due to heat generation, but temperature management is easier with the automatic mortar and pestle. 4. Suitable for small-scale prototyping and experiments - Ball mills and planetary mixers require large amounts of raw materials, but the automatic mortar and pestle can prototype with a minimum of 0.5g. - Easily adaptable for process scale-up (easy application from small to large scale). 5. Capable of processing slurries, pastes, and high-viscosity materials - The motor torque for the pestle rotation is high, allowing for processing of high-viscosity materials.
