Excellent wear resistance and hardens with air cooling, equivalent to JIS SKD11 cold work die steel. Good hardenability, hardens with air cooling (no concern for cracking due to air cooling). Thermal dimensional changes are very small (thermal distortion is very small, suitable for molds requiring precision).
