The reception that used to take over 5 minutes was completed in 10 seconds without getting out of the vehicle! Introducing a case study.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "VehicleVision" at the Iwaki office of Furukawa Battery Co., Ltd. The company had been manually handling the entry reception, which led to a chronic backlog of trucks waiting for reception. After the implementation, the reception was automated, allowing the previously time-consuming process of over 5 minutes to be completed in just 10 seconds while the registered vehicles remained in the car. This significantly reduced the burden not only on the drivers but also on the security personnel. [Case Summary] ■ Issues - The manual management of approximately 400 trucks entering and exiting daily placed a burden on the security personnel. - Drivers had to get out of their vehicles for reception, causing congestion during peak times. ■ Effects - The reception process, which previously took over 5 minutes, can now be completed in 10 seconds without the need for drivers to exit their vehicles. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Customer Feedback** - The entrance reception time has been shortened, which has resolved the truck congestion issue. - Since we can manage records as data instead of on paper, we no longer have trouble with storage and can search at any time. - Despite registering data for over 600 vehicles, we were able to operate the system without incurring costs for card issuance or management. - We were able to visualize the vehicles remaining on-site, which reduced the time needed for confirmation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
