The IC-DU6505BNPLUS is a new wave-compatible digital simple radio license station manufactured by Icom. The differences from the IC-DU6505BN are as follows: It increases the existing digital simple radio license station (3B) from 65 channels to 95 channels by adding 30 channels for the new wave digital simple radio registered station (3C/3D). *The relay (3D) 20 channels are planned to be supported. *There are no changes to functions or performance other than for the new wave. It is equipped with an interface for connecting to IP lines, allowing for the expansion of the communication range and operational forms of conventional digital radios. With an IP54 rating for splash and dust resistance, it can be safely used in environments with light rain or water splashes. It comes standard with HM-206#32 and includes a GPS unit, allowing for the acquisition of GPS data. It features a loudspeaker function that outputs microphone audio directly from an external speaker connected to the IC-DU6505BNPLUS, enabling it to be used as a loudspeaker.
