Welding fasteners are an excellent solution for creating ultra-strong and permanent connections between steel and fasteners.
Weld nuts are designed to weld the nut to a metal base material, achieving high-strength nut fixation in limited spaces. Depending on the application, they may also be used as a substitute for self-clinching fasteners. Weld nuts form a very strong bond. However, because a welding process is required, they are not subjected to plating treatment to prevent corrosion. After the welding process is complete, painting or plating is applied to protect the welded nut from corrosion.
