The digital pathology tissue analysis system PathFusion is a system that automates and assists the measurement and analysis of pathology samples that were previously done manually. By automatically scanning samples, it digitizes specimen samples (whole slide imaging) and assists with measurement, analysis, FISH, and diagnosis in an automated or semi-automated manner. Whole slide imaging (WSI) captures the original staining state of the samples, allowing for the observation of slide images in a database indefinitely. Based on digital data, it enables the matching between H&E and IHC stained slides and FISH slides, as well as clustering of IHC stained cells, thereby reducing the workload and operation time involved in tissue observation and analysis.
