Komatsu Steel's recommended product, "Raku-Rant," is an automatic dilution and supply device for cutting fluids that creates cutting fluid by diluting water-soluble cutting oil to a specified concentration (0-10%) with water. The cutting fluid stored in the internal tank of the device is supplied to the machine tools through piping. It maintains a constant amount of cutting fluid in the coolant tank on the machine tool side. It is capable of automatically supplying multiple machine tools. It can dilute the concentrate and water to the specified concentration.
