A test to measure the minimum temperature at which the sample flows! Various oils are the subjects.
We would like to introduce the "Pour Point" test, which is a fuel testing analysis conducted by our company. The standard numbers are "JIS K2269" or "ASTM D97," and this test measures the lowest temperature at which a sample flows. The sample is cooled according to specified methods, tilted in increments of 2.5°C, and the temperature at which the sample remains completely still for 5 seconds is taken as the pour point, with an additional 2.5°C added to that temperature. *Note: The ASTM method uses increments of 3°C. 【Test Details】 ■ Item Number: F110 ■ Required Amount: 90ml ■ Standard Number: JIS K2269 or ASTM D97 ■ Main Target Oil Types: Machine oil, light oil (including mixed light oil), heavy oil, residual oil, FAME (fatty acid methyl ester), other sludges and solvents, engine oil, automotive gear oil, industrial gear oil. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
