A simple yet versatile device that enables safe and reproducible transformation in bacteria, yeast, and other microorganisms.
The MicroPulser Electroporator is a simple yet versatile device that enables safe and reproducible transformation of bacteria, yeast, and other microorganisms. It achieves significantly higher transformation efficiency compared to chemical methods. Main Features: - One-button pulse delivery, included cuvette chamber, and fast charge time for quick sample handling. - Pre-optimized programs for commonly studied bacteria and fungi, convenient for rapid program selection. - The Arc Quenching (ARQ) system significantly reduces arcs, preventing loss of valuable samples. - Extensive parameters for manual optimization. Manual programming allows selection of voltage in the range of 200–3000 V with an accuracy of 10 V, and pulse width in the range of 1.0–4.0 ms with an accuracy of 0.1 ms. - The capability of high voltage up to 3,000 V improves efficiency with larger capacity cuvettes. - Compact and space-saving design. - Audible and visual pulse indicators. - Reproducibility monitoring through time constant and actual voltage display.
