By simply setting it up, you can conduct the Junker test in accordance with DIN2501 and ISO16130. It also automatically measures µtot and the nut factor K.
This is a system that allows for the easy implementation of complex Junker tests simply by setting bolts/nuts on the main body and inputting bolt information and vibration conditions. When a torque sensor is set on the tool in the tightening part and tightening is performed, the torque-axial force graph is displayed, along with µtot (total friction coefficient) and K (nut factor). When the Junker vibration is started in the vibration part, the number of vibrations, axial force, amplitude, and shear force are displayed on a single graph, and since it is shown in real-time during measurement, you can observe the trends while testing. The software connects via Wi-Fi with firmware, so it can be connected to any PC with wireless capabilities. Data can be saved in png format, and all data can be recorded and saved in Excel, allowing for user-defined data analysis. With a portable size and weight, laboratory-level testing can be conducted anywhere. If you need a demo, please contact us at the information below. Schatz Japan Co., Ltd. Detailed information
-
You can perform tests in accordance with DIN25201 / ISO16130 simply by setting the bolt/nut.
-
The upper section is a torque measurement graph. It is displayed in real-time simultaneously with the tightening process. Torque, axial force, maximum torque, total friction coefficient (µtot), and nut factor (K) are displayed. The lower section is a graph of the junker vibration test, which is also displayed in real-time. The changes in axial force damping, frequency, amplitude, and shear force are all shown on a single screen. These graphs can be toggled between visible and hidden.
-
The main unit and the PC are connected via Wi-Fi. A torque sensor will be attached to the torque wrench.
-
It measures the tightening torque and axial force of the set bolt and displays µtot and the K factor.
