Investigate the resonance frequency, modes, and magnitude of vibrations! Developed for vibration testing of automotive household appliances.
We would like to introduce a case where our "Wave Researcher" was delivered to an electric product vibration inspection system. The system measures whether phenomena occur that could lead to the destruction of product components or materials, or the loosening of screws, resulting in noise, by varying the range of resonance frequencies of vibrations that the product is likely to encounter during use. This system was developed for vibration testing of in-vehicle home appliances such as car navigation systems and audio equipment, and it performs pass/fail judgments based on pre-specified criteria. 【Features】 - Developed for vibration testing of in-vehicle home appliances such as car navigation systems and audio equipment - Vibration waveforms controlling the exciter are registered in advance in a file - Vibration and acoustic data generated from the product are measured using an analog input module - Pass/fail judgments are made based on pre-specified criteria *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
