Contributing to the forefront of science and industry! Precision dispersion, emulsification, stirring, mixing, and dissolution can be achieved with a single device!
The precision dispersing machine, stirring machine, and emulsifying machine "CreaMix" is composed of a high-speed rotating rotor and a screen with multiple slits. The processed material, given kinetic energy by the high-speed rotating rotor, increases in speed as it passes through the screen slits, forming intermittent jet flows within the tank, generating shear forces between the processed materials at the velocity interface. By changing the type of screen, type of rotor, and rotation speed, we can control the desired particle size and particle size distribution. ■ Precise dispersion is possible without crushing the particles. ■ Dissolution of hard-to-dissolve powders is possible. ■ There are numerous achievements as a CIP/SIP compatible device for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.

"Clairmix Batch System" ■ The batch system allows for relatively easy control of factors such as rotation speed, processing time, and processing temperature, making it easier to achieve the desired particle size. There are upper and lower stirring options available. ■ For materials with high viscosity, we recommend the Harmotech with auxiliary wings.
-
"Clairmix Batch Continuous System" The batch continuous system installs a small capacity vessel in the rotor/screen section of Clairmix, where liquid is pumped into the vessel, maintaining a fully liquid-sealed condition with a residence time for circulation operation. By creating a fully liquid-sealed condition without a free interface, there is no air entrapment, allowing all input energy to be used for emulsification/dispersal, enabling more uniform micronization in a shorter time compared to batch processing. By pressurizing the vessel, cavitation control is achieved, preventing cavitation phenomena and allowing for efficient emulsification/dispersal of the processed material.
-
"Claremix Continuous System" ■ The continuous system is an inline system where the material passes through the rotor/screen section of the Claremix only once, applying shear. The material is pumped from below and discharged horizontally, eliminating gas accumulation. ■ It is suitable for mass production with a large processing volume per hour. ■ Due to minimal temperature variation in the mixing section, it is suitable for emulsifying/dispersing materials that are prone to degradation due to temperature. When used in a circulation system, particle size control is also possible.
-
"Clairmix W Motion" The Clairmix W Motion has a greater ability to achieve fine particle size compared to a single unit, as both the rotor and screen rotate at high speeds in opposing directions. The intermittent jet flow ejected diagonally downward from the rotor is converged at the top of the screen due to the rotation of the screen, transforming it into a narrower, faster jet flow. With a significant speed difference and an increased number of pulses in the intermittent jet flow, it is possible to achieve nano-sized particle size and a sharper particle size distribution.

"Harmotech" ■ Harmotech is an emulsification and dispersion device designed for high viscosity, consisting of a clearmix that applies localized shear force for emulsification/dispersion, and an anchor mixer that performs homogenization, mixing, and temperature control within the system. ■ The correlation between the flow patterns of the clearmix and the anchor mixer is a crucial factor, and it is designed to eliminate stagnant areas within the tank. ■ An optional Teflon scraper can be attached to the anchor mixer to enhance the scraping effect. ■ It is also possible to configure a clearmix dissolver and an anchor mixer.
-
"Claremix Dissolver" ■ This is a Claremix equipped with a dissolver-type rotor. ■ It is capable of dissolving water-soluble polymers and other materials in a short time without reducing them to low molecular weight. ■ There are both top and bottom stirring types available. ■ By using bottom stirring, it allows for complete CIP/SIP as there is no shaft at the top. Since an elevating device is not required, the equipment can be made compact. Additionally, with the motor located at the bottom, the center of gravity is low, resulting in higher accuracy of load cell indications. The lid can be freely equipped with nozzles and hand holes.
