The EME-914MA (EME914MA) is a splash-proof, ear-hook type professional headset microphone made by Alinco (ALINCO) with an IPX4 rating. It can be used with various Alinco 4-pole screw-type plug radios. This is a professional-grade headset microphone. The microphone part is water-resistant for everyday use with an IPX4 rating, which helps prevent water ingress from the switch area. The headset features an ear-hook design with large ear caps, making it less likely to cause ear pain even during prolonged use, and the cable is a durable twisted cord. The headset connection connector is φ2.5mm. The microphone comes with a windscreen to reduce wind noise. There is a rotating clip on the back of the microphone part that allows it to be attached to the chest. The PTT has a locking function. There is no microphone gain switch.
