basic information
In the laser diffraction method, laser light is irradiated onto the powder, and the diffraction and scattering intensity distribution is analyzed to determine the particle size. This allows for understanding the size and proportion of fine particles contained in the powder. In the image analysis method (device name Morphologi G3), the powder is dispersed and illuminated with a lower light source, and the shadows are captured and analyzed using a microscope. This enables the evaluation of various characteristics such as particle size and shape of the powder particles.
