"Riveting processing" is a method that utilizes the plastic deformation of metals and various materials to join and bond parts together. It can solve issues related to combinations of metals that are unsuitable for welding, as well as the joining of painted steel plates that discolor when welded, and various combinations of sheet metal and resin. Our company recommends press riveting or spindle riveting, starting from a proposal that does not use welding for the processing of OA equipment parts. In particular, with press riveting, we can avoid the specific concerns associated with welding, such as contamination from welding spatter and instability due to electrical conditions, which are required during the joining of parts.
