We would like to introduce a case study of precision machining of pneumatic equipment that we conducted. The images shown are during the machining process, but afterwards, we will change the round shape to a square and drill a φ1.8 hole. Originally, the process involved NC lathe → double-sided milling → machining center, but when it reached mass production of 10,000 units, we consolidated the process to NC lathe → machining center.
