We would like to introduce a case where the water-soluble cutting oil "beacon" was implemented at Company K, which processes test pieces for evaluation tests. The company switched from an emulsion-type coolant to type 3, considering SDGs. Previously, they had to perform complete replacements when the odor became strong, resulting in a certain amount of waste generation. However, after the introduction, both the frequency of replacements and the amount of waste decreased. They were surprised to learn that, unlike before when they discarded the coolant due to odor, it is now possible to reliably restore its performance.
