Industrial 3D vision system
The laser beam type 3D camera has excellent resistance to ambient light and environmental adaptability. The main unit weighs only 2 kilograms, making it ideal for mounting on small and lightweight robot arms. It is suitable for medium and small-sized work and tasks with a medium and small field of view: measurement distance is 420 mm to 1300 mm, and measurement accuracy is ±0.2 to ±2 mm. Additionally, there are products suitable for ultra-large and large fields of view and depth of field tasks. We can make suggestions based on your needs. Please feel free to contact us.

basic information
Alsontech's three-dimensional vision sensor uses high-speed imaging technology to scan the surface contours of objects and obtain 3D point cloud data. Next, it processes the point cloud data using artificial intelligence analysis, automatic path planning, and collision avoidance technology. The calculated immediate coordinates and spatial posture of the workpiece are sent to the robot to guide it for accurate gripping. The advantages of grid structured light include fast imaging speed and the ability to capture high-precision, high-quality point cloud data.

Applications/Examples of results
By combining industrial robots with three-dimensional robot vision, spatial posture information of workpieces captured by vision cameras can be sent to the robots, enabling various applications such as: workload unloading, bulk picking; precise assembly guidance (various screw fastening tasks, etc.); material handling; automatic route planning; three-dimensional measurement and inspection, among others. There are thousands of delivery cases in industries such as automotive manufacturing, heavy industry, general industry, semiconductor industry, and logistics.
